There are two ways to place an order with Greengrocer’s Choice. You can either sign up and place your order online, or call our friendly team who will be happy to place the order for you.
If you haven’t ordered from us before, click on the sign up button and fill in the required details – your account will be created in minutes.
We will not share this information with other companies for their marketing purposes. The personal information submitted will only be used for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. Then it’s up to you to decide what you would like to purchase.
If you have already signed up to Greengrocer’s Choice you will need to log in using your username and password, then simply place your order. There are two ways to order. Firstly, you can select one of our boxes designed to fulfil the needs of the number of people specified. Secondly, you can create your own box through our Create A Box option. Simply click, add the products you wish to order and head to the checkout where they will be waiting in your basket.
Once you have added everything you wish to purchase to your basket, simply click on checkout and you will be re-directed to a screen summarising your order. You can still make changes to your order here, and go back and add additional products if necessary.
It’s then simply a case of following the instructions, entering your card details and confirming payment. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
Once you are ready to place your order with us, you will need to set up an account. This is very easy and won’t take more than 5 minutes. You can create an account by clicking on the create account button on the homepage (I can’t find this button on your home page!!!), or you will be prompted to create an account at the checkout stage (if you have not done so already).
We need some details such as your delivery address and email address, and you will need to create a password. We will ensure that your details are kept safe and secure.
Once your account is set up, you can manage addresses, edit your details, change your password and view previous orders.
The best way is to take a look around! Have a look at our exciting boxes, recipes, and products of the month. Also don’t forget to visit our blog, as its full of useful tips and advice.
Once you have had a look around and are ready to place an order simply create an account and start shopping!
If you cannot see something that you would like us to deliver, simply leave your request in the notes section when ordering. We will email or call you to let you know if this product(s) is available.
If you need to change your delivery address, please log into your account and select change address under personal details. Enter the new address into the relevant fields and save the changes. Your new address will be saved in your account.
You can change your password by logging into your account and selecting change password under your details. Enter a memorable password of your choice and save, and your password will be changed.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £19.99. For orders under £19.99, the delivery cost will be £2.99.
If you have placed an order and your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. We will find out the reason for the delay and let you know when you can expect it to arrive.
We work very hard to ensure that you only ever receive the very best produce, but if you are unhappy with of the items included in your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will either replace the product you are unhappy with in your next order or credit your account with the value of the product.
Your order will be delivered 48 hours from your date of order, i.e. If you place an order on a Sunday, your delivery can be expected on Tuesday.
Our general delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm.
If you need your order to be delivered at a certain time, please request this in the notes section when ordering. We will then endeavour to deliver within an hour each way of your request. (During periods of high demand this may not always be possible, but we will do our best and will contact you if we cannot meet your needs to arrange an alternative solution).
If you have placed an order and wish to change something, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know how you want to change your order. Providing we have not dispatched your order we will do our best to meet your request.
Once you have finished with your box, please return it to your delivery driver upon your next delivery. All boxes are recycled helping us to keep prices to you as low as possible.
By ordering with Greengrocer’s Choice, you know that you will only be receiving the very freshest produce at market prices. Our buyers have over 40 years experience and will only select the best quality fruit and vegetables. We will only deliver what we would take home!
Once you have decided what you would like to order, you will be re-directed to our paypal page to enter your payment details. Do not worry if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply select “don’t have a Paypal account” and you can enter your payment details here. We only accept payment through this method.
